The Bankstown Sports Hockey Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in the Georges River Room at The Bankstown District Sports Club, commencing at 7:30pm.    It is important that all members attend, receive the Annual Reports, view the financial position of the Club and have their say about how the Club is run for the next 12 months and beyond.  

All Board of Management positions are up for election.   Elections for the executive will take place on the night.   Nominations are also received for the Special Officers listed below.   These will be selected by the new Board and announced as soon as practicable after the AGM.  

Members must attend on the night in order to vote - no proxies are accepted.   All financial members of the Hockey Club are eligible to vote, including one parent of junior members (normally the one listed as the emergency contact on the Revolutionise registration system).

Nominations for Executive positions are now closed, but nominations will be taken for other positions from the floor on the night.
